Mac’s president, Kathleen Stegman, R.N., MA, started Midwest 17 years ago. She was the first to offer microdermabrasion and laser hair removal in Kansas City. She has trained extensively on every type of “looking good” technology that is developed and continues to lead the way in Kansas City with all of the new innovative procedures that are being developed. Kathleen holds an undergraduate degree in business management, a masters degree in marketing and holds an RN license in both Kansas and Missouri.

Scarlet Morehouse is our Licensed Cosmetologist whose career has spanned for more than 30 years. She has worked as a Make-Up Artist and Skin Care Specialist with much enthusiasm for her craft. Countless weddings and various other occasions have afforded Scarlet the opportunity to have her work appear in various publications such as The Perfect Wedding Guide and The Knot. Her ability to communicate in a warm and friendly manner creates a comfortable atmosphere where her clients can relax and enjoy their experience. Scarlet enjoys educating her clients in make-up application and their daily skin care regimen. She especially loves to enhance the natural beauty of each individual and refers to her clients as her “Canvas of Souls”.
