This patient had gastric bypass surgery and lost over 100 lbs and was left with a significant sagging neck. She had a lower facelift and necklift with corset platysmaplasty and neck liposuction. Note that she has significant curvature of her neck forward (cervical lordosis.) Because her spine is not as upright or vertical as some of the other patients, her chin to neck angle is not as defined as the other patients.

This patient had a prior mini-facelift in order to improve her neck. She was pleased with the improvement of the mini-facelift; however, she still had a sagging neck. She had full necklift with corset platysmaplasty and liposuction of the neck, as well as a revision of her lower facelift using a deep-plane technique. Updated photos will be posted at 6 and 12 months after the procedure.

This patient's main complaint was her sagging neck. She had a necklift with corset platysmaplasty and liposuction under the chin. The incisions for this procedure are as follows: 1/2" incision in a crease under the chin, and incisions in the crease behind the ear which goes across into the hairline 3/4" from the top of the ear, curving diagonally into the hairline. The incisions should not be visible with a necklift.
