Dr. Most was born in Virginia to an Army family, and raised throughout the world.  He attended medical school at Stanford University, and completed residency training in General and Plastic Surgery at the Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland.  He then finished additional fellowship training at Harvard University in Boston, MA. 

Receiving master instruction in all branches of Plastic and Cosmetic Surgery from world leaders in the field of Plastic Surgery, he has brought these unique skills to Savannah, Georgia, at the Georgia Institute for Plastic Surgery.

Dr. Most is skilled in unique cosmetic procedures, such as the Brazilian Buttock Lift, the Weekend Facelift, and other minimally invasive cosmetic operations.  "Maintenance" procedures may prevent the need for larger, more invasive procedures later on.
