Describe the most rewarding experience that you have had working with a patient?
We had an adult male patient with severe acne scarring, discoloration and wrinkles. He was understandably insecure in social situations and avoided them. I performed a series of integrated minimally invasive techniques over a six month period. The patient returned to the office and I initially didn't recognize him as the results were so dramatic. He was ecstatic with his new look. He now does professional modeling and commercial television acting.
Can you tell us in your own words what you consider a perfect outcome of a surgical procedure?
The perfect outcome of a surgical procedure is the convergence of the patient's realistic expectations being met or exceeded with my own subjective expectations being met. Each patient has unique desires and it is my goal to assist the patient to achieve the best results possible.
What is your favorite procedure to perform and why?
My favorite procedure is actually combining a number of minimally invasive procedures. I get great satisfaction incorporating multiple procedures for my patients to optimize their results. I have a wide range of "tools" available much like an artist with their palette. Combining injectables, LED light and our unique non-surgical face lifting technology allows us to bring out the “inner beauty” in our patients with minimal or no down time.
