| I was very pleased with the scheduling availability, and the friendly, knowledgable staff. Most of all, I was impressed with the thorough exam performed by Dr. Mercado and his willingness to educate me on the different products on the market and selecting which one would be best for me. I felt very relaxed and comfortable throughout the entire procedure. I was also reasurred by Dr. Mercado's confidence and eagerness to assist me in achieving my goals successfully. In addition, the entire staff worked together as a team to make my time in their clinic a pleasant one.
