| Dr. Jeffrey Augustine represents the new breed of Optometrists who are defining the field of Optometry for the next century. He received his Doctor of Optometry from Illinois College of Optometry in 1990.
Dr. Augustine continued his education with a hospital residency at The Cleveland Veterans Medical Center and refractive surgery fellowship at Neuman Eye Institute in De Land, Florida.
He has Optometric licenses in Ohio, Florida, Colorado, Idaho, and the Peoples Republic of China. He is a recognized leader in refractive surgery co-management and the President of the Optometric Refractive Surgery Society. At Clear Choice Laser Eye Centers he holds the position of Director of Clinical Operations. His work is published regularly in the nation's leading Optometric publications. |
