The goal at Houston IVF is to help you be informed about your insurance coverage and to provide you with additional resources to manage the financial aspects of your care. Houston IVF only files insurance claims to the carriers that we currently participate with and must have benefits in writing from the carrier prior to any ART procedures being done. If we do not participate with your insurance you will be a self-pay in our center.
