His writings are widely published and he is a respected lecturer at national and international conferences on reproductive medicine.

Dr. Morton is an Associate Clinical Professor at the University of Hawaii, School of Medicine and past Chief of Staff at Kapi'olani Medical Center for Women and Children. He is also a consultant to the Hawaii Department of Regulatory Agencies, a former member of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists Ethics Committee and former Commissioner on the Hawaii State Ethics Commission.
