Dr. Janet Neigel is a cosmetic surgeon who specializes in plastic surgery of the eyes and face. She differs from most cosmetic surgeons because she’s both an oculoplastic surgeon (a specialist trained in plastic surgery around the eyes) and a board certified ophthalmologist (a specialist trained in the treatment of the eyes).
