Consultations After calling to schedule your consultation, you will receive an inquiry packet in the mail. It will include the forms we require for your file, please bring them to your appointment with you. It also confirms your appointment date and time, and it includes many details regarding the procedure you are considering. It may answer many of the questions you have about the procedure, how and where it is done and what the recovery may be like, and more.
The day before your appointment you can expect a phone call confirming your appointment time.
You will be welcomed at your appointment time to our comfortable waiting room; you will not be waiting long. Our nurse will bring you into the examination room, record your vital signs and ask basic health questions, and then you will meet with Dr. Taylor. Photographs may be taken at this time.
