Dr. Talbot is Board Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and is an active member of the American Society of Plastic Surgery. Dr. Talbot was elected as the Department of Surgery Chairman at Wesley Medical Center in January of 2000. He was then elected president-elect of the Medical Staff at Wesley in December of 2003.
