Describe the most rewarding experience that you have had working with a patient?
I constantly have clients tell me their personal struggles...one who hadn't been swimming in seven years (because her make-up might wash off and people would see her acne)...or someone who hadn't worn a tank-top in 30 years (because she didn't want anyone to see her tattoo)... or a client who would never take his shirt off, even around family, because he was so embarrassed by his acne. I have clients who diet and exercise to lose those stubborn areas of fat, only to feel like "what's the point?" when those localized areas of fat just won't go away. "Rewarding" doesn't even come close to describing my joy to be able to help clients have confidence again. It is an awesome and humbling experience to become such an important part in client's life, by clearing their skin, or removing their fat, or improving their scars... and restoring their self-confidence.
What is your favorite quote or saying?

What makes your specialties the right fields of medicine for you?
I love being able to offer such advanced technology that give clients results that they never even thought was possible. Most physicians don't offer these treatment options, either out of lack of knowledge or a lack of desire to expand in that direction. I appreciate how laser medicine allows me to offer treatments that will clear the skin so effectively, without the harmful side-effects and risks of other treatment options. And, I have to admit, I just get a tremendous amount of satisfaction to see the joy on my clients' faces when they have the clear skin...and self-confidence...and they always had hoped for.
Can you tell us in your own words what you consider a perfect outcome of a surgical procedure?
Clear Skin...like the acne or tattoo was never, ever, there... Or, a body contour that is soft and natural appearing, so that no one can tell that they've had a cosmetic procedure... Or, when clients can look in the rear view mirror of their car, and not notice their acne scars... In short, when clients are thrilled, I am thrilled. When they are no longer distracted by what they perceive as an imperfection in their skin or their body, and they have a renewed self-confidence, than I've succeeded...

Tony is the "real boss" of the office (although, he's married to the doc, so that's a bit debatable!) Tony is in charge of all marketing, hiring/staffing, and all senior management issues... What do our clients say they love about this Staff Member?
The staff loves Tony...mostly because he keeps baskets of Butterfingers and Reeses stocked-full! He keeps the atmosphere of the office comfortable and flowing smoothly for our clients, and makes sure they're always offered coffee, water, or cokes. It is vitally important to him that our clients are comfortable and cared-for, and that their experience is as pleasant as possible!
