What is your charity organization of choice and why?
I like the Women's Resource Center right here in Thousand Oaks. In our country, there is an all-out war against the unborn with 3000 abortions being performed daily, 25% of which occur here in southern CA. And yet, this is what God's Word has to say about it: "You made all the delicate, inner parts of my body and knit me together in my mother's womb. Thank you for making me so wonderfully complex! Your workmanship is marvelous--and how well I know it. You watched me as I was being formed in utter seclusion, as I was woven together in the dark of the womb. You saw me before I was born. Every day of my life was recorded in your book. Every moment was laid out before a single day had passed. How precious are your thoughts about me, O God! They are innumerable!" Psalm 139:13-17. God puts a premium on life and the Women's Resource Center is the only place in the Conejo Valley that provides women with an alternative to abortion. They understand that children are a blessing from God.

What is your favorite quote or saying?
There are several but here is one of my favorites: "Oh, the joys of those who do not follow the advice of the wicked, or stand around with sinners, or join in with scoffers. But they delight in doing everything the LORD wants; day and night they think about his law. They are like trees planted along the riverbank, bearing fruit each season without fail. Their leaves never wither, and in all they do, they prosper. But this is not true of the wicked. They are like worthless chaff, scattered by the wind. They will be condemned at the time of judgment. Sinners will have no place among the godly. For the LORD watches over the path of the godly, but the path of the wicked leads to destruction."

Finish this sentence: If I weren't a doctor I would be___.
My dream had always been to play in the NBA or to be a doctor. God chose plan B for me and I'm glad He did. If I weren't a doctor, I would be a musician composing beautiful melodies to the Lord and testifying to His greatness, His faithfulness, and His love. Some of my favorite artists include Third Day, Jeremy Camp, Jennifer Knapp, and Chris Tomlin.
