Payment Options
We are happy to work with you so that you receive your full insurance benefits. In order to provide the highest quality care, we have developed a full range of convenient payment options for you to choose from. Prior to the beginning of treatment, we will discuss fees and financial arrangements with you.
We deliver care that meets an unsurpassed standard of quality at the most reasonable cost possible to our North Carolina patients. For your convenience, the Preston Dental Center accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards. Unless other arrangements have been made in advance, payment is due at the time of your appointment.
After treatment, we will send you monthly statements updating you on the status of your account. If you have filed a claim with your insurance company, you can expect a response within four to six weeks. Please contact our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid its share is your responsibility, and your prompt payment is appreciated. We can make arrangements for a monthly payment plan, but this agreement must be reached prior to the actual procedure.
