I understand counseling isn't everyone's favorite place to be. My approach allows you to be more comfortable working with me. I offer a strength-based, family oriented approach with your goals in mind. If you make the choice to call me, you're already one step towards improvement. I want to make sure you can get you the tools and solutions you need. I am here for you and your family.
I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). It is a very effective method that has been extensively proven for the treatment of trauma. It also helps with many other problems like daily anxieties, panic attacks, disturbing memories, stress reduction and much more.
My background is unique: it is an integration of business and psychology. This allows me to connect with my clients in a positive and collaborative way. I value the importance of all aspects of life.

Thanks for taking the time to visit my listing. If you've come this far, you're probably on the brink of an important decision – and what a difference the right choice can make.IT'S TIME TO GET STARTED
As a therapist, I've been making a difference in people's lives for nearly 20 years – helping adults, teenagers, couples and families to resolve problems and enjoy emotional freedom. My therapeutic approach is active and solution-focused. Everyone wants quick relief, and my clients consistently tell me that one of the things they appreciate most is my ability to connect with them and their issues immediately, to get the therapeutic ball rolling and provide a sense of trust and hopefulness right from the first session.
WHAT TO EXPECT
It's been said, “When all you have is a hammer, everything looks like a nail.” That's why I practice a variety of therapeutic methods, applying the best tool to fit your unique situation. This “therapy toolkit” means that my clients often experience faster, more effective healing, with results that are long-lasting. And one of the great benefits is that you will learn to use many of these techniques outside of session, giving you the tools to self-treat your issues whenever the need arises.
Please feel to use the contact form or email me directly at firstname.lastname@example.org -- or if you'd rather give me a call at 301-325-2103, I'll be happy to provide a free telephone consultation.
