We'll use our state-of-the-art computer imaging system to show you the changes that cosmetic surgery can make. During your private consultation, your picture will be displayed on a computer screen. We'll use specialized software to reshape your nose or profile, lift sagging skin, or erase wrinkles. Then we'll show you a simulated before-and-after picture of your own face. That way, you can get an idea of what Dr. Miles could do for you.

Cosmetic surgery has changed quite a bit since Dr. Miles began practicing more than 20 years ago. While some surgeons are content to stick with the old way of doing things, Dr. Miles always strives to improve his procedures. That's why he was one of the first surgeons in the nation to perform facelifts through laser surgery and simultaneously with full-face skin rejuvenation -- and why he uses endoscopic procedures. He also performs breast augmentation through the armpit or navel with no scars on the breasts. And he's a pioneer in large volume "tumescent" liposuction without hospitalization and now has added ultrasound. Most of these procedures decrease recovery time so you can show off your new look sooner and return to your activities.

Dr. Miles was also one of the first cosmetic surgeons in the area to have a fully-equipped surgical suite for in-office cosmetic procedures. You can have Dr. Miles perform your surgery in the privacy of his nationally-accredited (AAAHC) surgical suite to avoid the expense of a hospital stay.
