Breast Reduction Surgery

19yo was having symptoms of macromastia (back, neck pain, shoulder grooves etc.) and requested breast reduction. She was a DD cup and ended up a C cup. Insurance covered the procedure. She requested some additional abdominal liposuction which we did at the same time. She had an uneventful recovery and was happy with both the breasts and the abdomen.

34 yo requesting to be a fuller C cup. We discussed sizes and looked at pictures before choosing 375cc mod profile saline implants. I overfilled the right to 400 and the left to 410. She had an uneventful recovery and was happy with her natural result. The scars are barely noticeable at this point and will only get better!

Breast Lift Surgery

This patient requested an augmentation with lift and minimal scars. A donut mastopexy (basically makes areola smaller and tightens the skin some with a circular scar) was performed with 350cc saline implants filled to 360 bilaterally placed in a dual plane (partial under the muscle). Her scars were marginal and she wanted more of a lift so she agreed to a formal mastopexy and its associated additional scars. After the formal lift she was very happy with the result.
Abdominal Liposuction (Liposculpture)

Patient suffered from large breasts and initially consulted for breast reduction. Her insurance approved the breast reduction. She elected to have liposuction done at the same time to the abdomen and love handle area. 900cc was removed off both sides and 850cc from midline. Her post op recovery was uneventful.

Patient wanted to restore the volume of her breasts after her pregnancy left them somewhat deflated--Her goals where to restore breast volume while remaining as natural as possible. We decided on 375cc saline implants placed under the muscle with right filled to 400 and left 380 to account for slight asymmetry. She had an uneventful recovery and is pleased with result.
