This patient had lost breast tissue and shape from breast feeding and weight loss. She desired a breast lift and an increase in breast size with saline implants. A full breast lift (mastopexy) was performed and smooth, round saline implants were inserted under the muscle with 300cc's place in the right side and 280cc's on the left.

After breast feeding two children, this patient wanted her pre-pregnancy figure back. She was happy with the size of her 34C breasts but was displeased with their shape and sagging. She elected to have breast lift surgery at the same time as a mini-tummy tuck under general anesthesia as an out-patient.

This patient, who wore a 40C bra, has unhappy with the sagging and shape of her breasts but did not desire a change in size. She elected to have breast lift (mastopexy) surgery as an out-patient.

She elected to have a small breast lift (mastopexy) done at the same time as having smooth round saline 300cc implants which were inflated to 360cc's placed under the muscle.
