This young lady suffered from a congenital condition known as constricted or tuberous breasts. In order to correct her condition, she required a periareolar (donut or Benelli) mastopexy (breast lift). At the same time, smooth round saline were inserted under the muscle; 370cc's on the right side and 330cc's on the left side.
