This patient with a 30 inch chest and a 36 B bra was primarily interested in breast enlargement but had too much extra, loose skin for just breast implants. She elected to have a small breast lift (mastopexy) done at the same time as having smooth round saline 300cc implants which were inflated to 360cc's placed under the muscle. This is known as a periareolar mastopexy and is sometimes caller a 'donut' or 'Binelli' mastopexy.
