This patient with a relatively broad 34 inch chest (38A bra) desired a moderate increase in size to rejuvenate her breast volume and shape following pregnancy and breast feeding. Smooth, round, saline implants were place under the chest muscle. 375cc implants were inflated to 425cc's.
