This patient, after having two children, desired to get her pre-pregnancy figure back and she wanted to get rid of the "shelf" created by her C-secton scar. She underwent a mini-tummy tuck with liposuction of 500cc's of fat as well as a breast lift (mastopexy) as an out-patient.
I apoligize that some of her photographs are out of focus; I'm a better surgeon than I am a photographer.
Breast Augmentation (Breast Implants)

This young lady with a 28 inch chest measurement and a 32A bra desired a moderate increase in cup size. She had 300cc smooth, round, saline breast implants inflated to 330cc's placed under the pectoralis muscle under anesthesia as an out-patient. Her post-operative photographs were taken only three months after surgery, so she still has quite a bit of upper breast fullness which will go down after the implants "settle."

This patient, who wore a 40C bra, has unhappy with the sagging and shape of her breasts but did not desire a change in size. She elected to have breast lift (mastopexy) surgery as an out-patient.

Diet, exercise and weight loss was not enough to give this patient the shape and contour that she was looking for so she elected to have liposuction of her hips and a tummy tuck. This was performed under general anesthesia as an out-patient which she tolerated extremely well.
Tattoo Removal

This Ohio native had tattoos on her back for many years and finally decided to have them removed. She initially went to a physician who used the wrong laser for tattoo removal. Her pre-treatment photographs show a thick scar on the left, a lot of residual ink, considerable loss of her skins natural pigment as well as a rim of excessive pigmentation. She responded very well to ND:YAG laser treatments done in my office using just topical local anesthesia.
