This patient was unhappy with her contour on profile. She desired a stronger chin and a more acute angle from her chin to her neck. She elected to have liposuction of her neck and insertion of a chin implant (Allergan anatomical #3) which was done in my office under local anesthesia.

This young lady desired a moderate increase in breast size with saline implants and correction of asymmetry due to the right breast being smaller. She had Allergan smooth round saline implants placed under the pectoralis muscle, 420cc's on the right side and 370cc's on the left.

One year previously she had 400cc saline implants placed under the muscle by another surgeon but had a problem with asymmetry,"bottoming out" of the implants, a wide separation of the implants and she was not happy with the size. Since she felt that she had to have another surgery, she chose to take the opportunity to switch to silicone gel implants. She chose Allergan 700cc high profile silicone gel implants.
Abdominoplasty (Tummy Tuck)

This Columbus, OH patient had lost 15 pounds and had already had a mini-tummy tuck by another surgeon. She was still unhappy with the shape and size of her lower stomach. I performed another mini-tummy tuck which included liposuction of fat from her lower abdomen and hips, tightening of her lower stomach muscles and removal of a small amount of skin.
