Juvederm Ultra (hyaluronic acid) was used for this man to correct the deformity in his nasal bridge that persisted after previous rhinoplasty (by another surgeon). He is very happy that Dr. Lichten was able to fix what his previous surgeons could not, and even happier that we were able to do this without another operation.

35 year-old woman presented for body contouring 18 months after gastric bypass surgery. She lost over 100 lbs and her first concern was her arms and "bat wings." Full brachioplasty was performed by Dr. Lichten (along with placement of breast implants with a planned mastopexy for the future).
This 75 year-old man first had a QuickLift facelift done in Columbus, Ohio. He came to see Dr. Lichten because he was unhappy that the loose skin of his neck, which was his primary concern, was not corrected. A direct neck lift using Z-plasties to hide his scars was suggested to address his primary concern.
The procedure was done with the patient awake under local anesthetic.
