Plastic Surgery Ohio's (PSOH) office is located downtown Columbus, OH in The Eye Center Building. The Eye Center Building is conveniently located at the corner of Neil and Spring. Jill Foster, M.D., F.A.C.S. is the Medical Director of Plastic Surgery Ohio, a division of Ophthalmic Surgeons and Consultants, Inc. Dr.Foster is head of Aesthetic Services at The Eye Center in Columbus, OH, and Assistant Clinical Professor of Ophthalmology at The Ohio State University. Dr. Foster is Board Certified in Ophthalmology by the American Board of Medical Specialties, and also completed a two-year orbitofacial fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania. From the years 1992 to 2000, she was the Director of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation in Cleveland, OH. Her interests include Cosmetic Surgery and Pediatric Oculoplastic Surgery.
Dr. Foster, a pioneer in the field of Cosmetic Botox, authored the first article on the subject to be published in a peer reviewed Ophthalmology Journal and lectures internationally on the subject. She was involved in the FDA approval process for the drug and currently serves as a consultant and national trainer (teaching other physicians the correct injection techniques) for the maker of the drug, Allergan.
