Pregnancy and breast-feeding impacted both abdomen and breasts of this woman from the Cleveland area. She requested breast implants via the navel, during a tummytuck. Dr Dowden performed the transumbilical breast augmentation (TUBA) procedure for her (330 ml right and 325 ml left) and a full tummytuck with skin tightening and cinching of the muscles to narrow her waist and flatten her abdomen to a more youthful contour. Eventually the scars fade to pale color. (44420)
