This young woman from northeast Ohio had inherited a tendency to hold excess weight in the front of her abdomen. She had tried dieting, even to the point of her face starting to look emaciated, but the abdominal fat was resistant to the dietary measures, and she saw no improvement. This woman from northeast Ohio requested that Dr Dowden use saline implants. The volume needed to give her the size she desired was 240 ml on each side. To get the kind of look she wanted, they were placed under the muscle. She chose to have her incision just above the breast creases. The photos show well that her left nipple was lower than her right before implants, and therefore they will continue to be so. (22325)

This young woman from northeastern Ohio had inherited a tendency for excess fat deposits of her outer thighs, which persisted despite a strenuous exercise and diet program. After consultation with Dr Dowden, he performed liposuction of her outer thighs, and her new contours made it possible for her to wear smaller slacks and jeans. After child-bearing, this woman from northeastern Ohio had excess abdominal skin, excess fat, and stretched lax abdominal muscles. She consulted with Dr Dowden, and was determined to be a good candidate for a tummytuck (abdominoplasty).
