To give her the bra-size she wanted required 370 ml size each side. Dr Dowden inserted the saline implants through a small incision in each underarm. It is worth noting that if the breasts are wide apart before operation, they will still be wide apart afterwards as shown here, especially with the "anatomical" implants which are narrower than the round ones....
