Describe the most rewarding experience that you have had working with a patient?
I was thrilled to see the joy from a patient whose life changed after a facelift. She had spent years caring for family members, neglecting herself. Once she made the discussion and had a facelift, her entire outlook on life changed is a overwhelming positive light. She began doing more and more for herself. Always wearing a smile.
What is your charity organization of choice and why?
My preferred charity is the American Cancer Society. Having personally experienced the impact on my family, the fight to cure and prevent cancer is being won.
What does living in the Uniontown community mean to you?
Green, Akron, and Canton area is where my family and I call home. The knowledge that we live in a safe community with great schools lets us feel comfortable.
What makes your specialties the right fields of medicine for you?
Plastic surgery requires a combination of skills, technique, with and artistic eye. Each and every patient has different needs that must be understood. The combination of which presents an exciting and challenging career.
Can you tell us in your own words what you consider a perfect outcome of a surgical procedure?
The perfect outcome would have to be a combination of the emotional and physical success of surgery.
What is your favorite procedure to perform and why?
One of my favorite procedures is breast augmentation. I have seen so many women enhance their self confidence with a tremendous positive impact on life.
