This patient's main complaint was her sagging neck. She had a necklift with corset platysmaplasty and liposuction under the chin. The incisions for this procedure are as follows: 1/2" incision in a crease under the chin, and incisions in the crease behind the ear which goes across into the hairline 3/4" from the top of the ear, curving diagonally into the hairline. The incisions should not be visible with a necklift.
