This 56 year old lady presented with a discouraging problem with her very large breasts and her body contours. She wanted to have improvements and asked for my opinion.

34 year old lady with "flabby" upper arm. Skin is evaluated to see how to give the best "lift". This case demonstrates that liposuction can be a very useful tool in arm reduction without the need for the more traditional armlift with incisions. A select group of patients with this type of skin can benefit from this type of arm reduction. This lady's upper arm circumference has decreased by 3 inches from this procedure.

This alone would flatten the abdomen (with tightening of the abdominal muscles) and remove the fatty tissue of the lower abdomen. It would NOT make the back, hips, or waist smaller.
