This was done with a removal of the fatty tissue and skin tightening. There is a 7 inch reduction in the circumference of her arms. Shown post op at one month. It is possible to reduce the circumference of the arms by even greater than 50 % . . . as seen in this case. The patient is shown 3 weeks post operatively.
