This young boy with the million dollar smile had prominent ears. This case demonstrates very well how one's eyes can be taken away from the main features of this boy's face and brought to his ears. Many parents of patients with prominent ears do not want to recognize the problem of prominent ears as their "perfect child" is perfect even with the prominent ears. This procedure takes about 2 hours and it does change the appearance quite dramatically forever.
