Patient underwent donut mastopexy with 360 cc submuscular implants with incisions only around areola complex. Implants were placed through these incisions. Patient shown at 2 months post op. Scars will fade over time to allow the definition of the areola to be surrounded by a white scar that should blend well with the surrounding breast skin.
