Breast Symmetry

Patient had a very difficult time with her tubular breasts. Note the enlarged (sometimes called herniated) areolas. My suggestion to her was to reduce the areolas at the time of the augmentation. You can see that she did not choose to do this, but wanted the shape of her breasts more normal. Submuscular 360 cc saline implants were placed and creases under the breasts were adjusted. A MUST SEE. This young lady has asymmetric tubular small breasts. This combination involves many thoughts and creativity to allow her to achieve an acceptable result. This patient had an areola reduction, breast augmentation, crease formation (note that the crease has to be constructed as it is absent) and an asymmetric breast lift. Patient is shown at 3 months post-op. The only scars are around the areola. Very happy patient and very happy doctor. (Please refer to breast reconstruction and Tubu...

11 year-old young lady...yes...11 years old...with severe breast asymmetry. SO...the question is do you wait for this lady to get to 18 or 21 years old to address the problem? Not if she is in my family...Can you imagine what this young girl has been through already been through already and would suffer on and on if you wait until she is near 20 years old. So, do you do this case? In my book...ABSOLUTELY. This patient ha...

Want asymmetry? Try this case. Very difficult as you can imagine. This 27-year old lady has had a very difficult time with clothes, friendships, locker rooms, relationships etc. since puberty. This case requires many different approaches to get a close match. Shown 2 months post-op. Asymmetric breast reduction/lift with different approaches to each breast. This patient is very happy.
