This attractive lady presents with "tired eyes". The excess fatty pads on the upper eyelids and especially the lower eyelids contribute to this along with the excess skin. Removal of both contributes to an improved appearance around the eyes.Note how your eyes are brought to the patients blue eyes in the post op view while one would miss this attractive feature because of the concentration on the "bags" in the pre-op view. Patient with buttock asymmetry underwent a buttock lift to correct buttock tissue from hanging out of panties and for a more defined shape while wearing swimwear. The tradeoff, of course, are scars, but they will fade, usually over a year or so. Panties usually cover the scars quite nicely. Note the lift gives a very nice buttock contour from the back and side.

This lady had the frown areas and the forehead region injected with Botox. As you can see, she now cannot facially animate her forehead to give her the creases. Facial animation is a natural movement for patients but it eventually gives them lines in the frown area and the forhead. It also is an aging look when doing so in normal conversation and the Botox prevents one from giving the "aged" forhead/frown areas.
