This 50 year-old lady demonstrates well the problems that patients have with "baggy" eyes and that "tired" look. Note in the angle pre op photo, the soft features of this patient's eyes are lost in the fatty pad features. Note also the youthful appearance in the post op photos and the post-op angle photo.
