Juvederm Ultra Plus (1 syringe), was used to fill the laugh lines in this New Jersey resident. Juvedrem Ultra was used to fill her lower eyelid grooves; this minimizes the appearance of lower eyelid puffiness without surgery. These natural results were obtained painlessly with topical anesthetic. The procedure takes 20 minutes, and normal activities are resumed immediately.

This 36 year old Hispanic patient residing in New Jersey requested improvement in his acne scarring. We felt that skin resurfacing procedures such as laser or dermabrasion would have a high risk of complications, like changes in skin color.
These pictures were taken after correction with liquid injectable filler on 3 separate occasions, spaced 1 month apart. The improved contour is permanent, and this 20-minute office procedure is painlessly performed with topical anesthtic.

These pictures demonstrate a 4 month post-operative view of my small-incision, minimally invasive face-lift. Note the dramatic improvement in her cheeks, neck, and jowls. The results are completely natural, and un-operated. This procedure is my modification of the European MACS-Lift, and it may be performed under local anesthesia in around 2.5 hours. Correction of protruding ears (otoplasty), along with rhinoplasty was performed on this New York City high school student. She was very self-conscious of her protruding ears, and would only wear her hair in a pony-tail after surgery.
