To give you a better idea of what to expect when visiting our practice, here's an overview from day one to post-op:
You'llconsult via phone or e-mail with one of our nurses prior to your in office consult to answer some basic questions and to make sure you feel more at ease
Brochures and directions to our practice will be mailed to you prior to your appointment
Yourmedical history will be reviewed with one of our licensed nurses
You'll have a consultation and exam with Dr. Boss and attending nurse
You'lldevelop a treatment plan based on your financial needs, recovery time, health and events. Dr. Boss will address any and all questions you may have
You'llview before and after photographs of our patients that have had the procedures done that pertain to your needs. Before/ After Imaging will be done if appropriate
You'llmeet with our financial coordinator to discuss fees and financing options
You'll then coordinate your surgery with our surgical coordinator, who is a licensed nurse
You'llreview pre and post-op instructions and expectations with a nurse via phone or have a second consult (no charge) with Dr. Boss in our office to discuss incision size/location
SURGERY
You'llreceive Post-op follow-up calls and come on for office visits to assure proper healing and address issues you may have
Your final post-op photos will be between 6 months - 1 year
Your comfort and safety are the number one priority when visiting our office. After your meeting with Dr. William Boss you'll be provided with any additional materials you may need and you're encouraged to make informed decisions about any procedure you wish to undergo, no matter how minor it may seem.
