This 24 year old young man from Portsmouth, New Hampshire complained of difficulty breathing out of the right side of his nose for as long as he could remember. He had broken his nose as a child. This young man of 29 from Newton, Massachusetts had broken his nose years prior in a sporting event. Dr. Gray straightened his nose and reduced the bump giving him a more more pleasing profile. No alteration of the tip was necessary and therefore he had no external scarring. The patient reports being much happier with the way his nose looks.
