This woman of 39 from North Hampton, New Hampshire wanted a smoother, leaner contour on her outer thighs. She was unhappy with the developing saddlebag effect and wanted to look like she did when she was younger. She was a generally lean person overall, but had some weight settling in her outer thigh area. Dr. Gray removed about 150 cc of fat from each outer thigh. This young woman of 38 from Portsmouth, New Hampshire, came to see Dr. Gray for liposuction of the thighs. Dr. Gray removed 250 cc of fat from each outer thigh and 100 cc from each inner thigh. The patient felt that pants she needed to wear to fit her lower half were too large for the rest of her frame. Dr. Gray slimmed down her legs and improved her contour and she was much more satisfied with how her pants fit.
