This young woman of 43 from Portsmouth, New Hampshire has mild laxity or looseness after 2 children. She wished to increase her breast size one cup and avoid having to have a breast lift also. She went from a 34 large A to a 34 C.
In order to avoid a needing a breast lift Dr. Gray lowered the fold underneath the breast slighty. Many surgeons would not have lowered the fold, but instead would have left more extensive scarring with a breast lift.

This 42 year old woman from Cape Neddick, Maine had a lipo-abdominoplasty. Because of the liposuction, she has well defined hips after surgery. This 36 year old woman from York, Maine, had finished having children and was bothered by the looseness of her abdomen. Due to her pregnancies, she had stretched muscles as well as loose skin. Dr. Gray performed a tummy tuck, in which he realigned her muscles and removed loose skin with a very acceptable scar. This scar could be hidden by clothing or a two piece bathing suit. She was also happy to have a smaller navel. She returned to work 2 weeks after surgery.
