This young woman of 35 from Newburyport, Massachusetts was bothered by assymmetry of her breasts. The left nipple was significantly lower than the right. She had very large areolas and sagging of both breasts. Dr. Gray performed a vertical lift which improved the nipple position and reduced the areola size along with a modest breast enlargement.
