This young mother of 2 wanted to have liposuction of her hips and outer thighs. Her weight was stable and she worked out extensively and watches what she eats. This woman of 39 from North Hampton, New Hampshire wanted a smoother, leaner contour on her outer thighs. She was unhappy with the developing saddlebag effect and wanted to look like she did when she was younger. She was a generally lean person overall, but had some weight settling in her outer thigh area. Dr. Gray removed about 150 cc of fat from each outer thigh.
