Describe the most rewarding experience that you have had working with a patient?
Regardless of the procedure or intervention performed, a patient's happiness is the most rewarding experience. Restoring beauty and function. This could be a long awaited breast augmentation, a face lift to restore one's youthful appearance, liposuction or a tummy tuck after pregnancy or weight loss, or, treatment of a hand fracture or hand arthritis.
What is your charity organization of choice and why?
There are many charity organizations that I support, from the Girl Scouts to the American Cancer Society, amoung many others. I do the best that I can to give back to the community and organizations that make a difference.
What does living in the Greensboro community mean to you?
Greensboro, NC is a perfect location for my family. We prefer what the city and surrounding areas have to offer in terms of culture and activities. We prefer the proximity to the coast and the mountains, and last but certainly not least, being close to our families.
What makes your specialties the right fields of medicine for you?
Cosmetic and Hand Surgery require excellent technical skills, a compassionate personality, and a desire to obtain the best outcome for the patient. I feel that I have these qualities. I strive for perfection in my work, and I aim for patient satisfaction. I also try to communicate with my paitents in simple language and discuss the treatment and options thoroughly.

a teacher. I enjoy being around people, listening and observing. I also enjoy educating others in the areas which I feel I have something to offer.
Can you tell us in your own words what you consider a perfect outcome of a surgical procedure?
A perfect surgical outcome is minimal scarring, perfect function, and appearance that is aethetically pleasing. It is also patient satisfaction. My job is not complete until the patient is happy with both appearance and function.
What is your favorite procedure to perform and why?
My favorite procedure to perform is the one that gives the patient the best outcome and makes him or her happy. That could be carpal tunnel surgery, surgery for hand arthritis, a face lift, breast augmetation, liposuction, a tummy tuck, or a non surgical service such as Botox, Laser Hair removal, or a good skin care program.
What procedure would you like to do more of and why?
I prefer Breast, Body and Facial Cosmetic surgery as well as Hand Surgery. Breast Augmentaions and Lifts, Eye Lid Surgery, Face Lifts, Rhinoplasties, Liposuction, Tummy Tucks, and Carpal tunnel surgery
