This patient underwent Mohs surgery for skin cancer by her dermatologist. She presented with a medium sized left cheek defect. She underwent facial reconstruction. Her functional and cosmetic result is excellent.

This gentleman underwent facial reconstruction for basal cell carcinoma of the nasal ala and cheek. He required cartilage grafts to restore his nasal contour and a bilobe flap to restore the soft tissue that he lost due to his cancer on his nose. He underwent flap reconstruction of his cheek. His cosmetic results are excellent and his nasal function (breathing) is normal.
