This patient had chin augmentation by another physicain. His implant choice was inappropriate and the implant was placed in a subcutaneous plane. This resulted in a mobile implant that was not cosmetically appealing. Her implant was removed and an extended anatomic implant was placed in the subperiosteal plane. Her cosmesis is greatly improved and her implant is stable.

This patient underwent rhinoplasty and chin augmentation. The weakness to her chin makes her nasal hump appear larger. Correction of the weakness to her chin is critical in obtaining a good result.
