This patient has silicone implants placed approximately 20 years ago. Her implants had ruptured and had caused severe scar tissue (capsular contracture). Her breast were painful and visibly disfigured. Her old implants and scar tissue were removed and new cohesive gel implants (450cc, High Profile) were placed. Her breasts are now soft, pain free, and cosmetically appealing.

This patient underwent breast augmentation by another surgeon with 450 cc moderate profile, saline implants. She developed a deflation of her implant on her left. She was dissatisfid with the size and shape of her breasts. She underwent revision breast implantation with 350 cc high profile, silicone implants with vertical mastopexy.
