This patient is a 27 year old female who had a complaint of breast shrinkage and droopiness (ptosis) after pregnancy. She desired fuller breasts and a better appearance in clothing. She underwent breast augmentation witn 450 cc High Profile silicone implants. Her cosmetic result is excellent.
