Wellsville, KS | | I have just completed a very positive, successful implant replacement with Dr. Hall. My original surgeon retired and I had to find a new doctor quickly after my original implant leaked out. I had had two disturbing expriences with plastic surgeons prior to my original implant which made me apprehensive. I actually panicked when I learned that Dr. Young had retired. He helped me get passed my anxiety enough to fix the problem I had been left to live with. But then I was led to Dr. Hall. From my first contact by phone I felt comfortable. They recognized the urgency more than I did and got me in very quickly. When I arrived at the office every member of the staff I encountered was warm and friendly, helping me to feel even better about having considered Dr. Hall. Once I actually met Dr. I felt a new and much needed sense of confidence. I knew that I was in good hands and that it would all go well. I made up my mind very qickly, my surgery was that same week and there are no regrets. I am so pleased to say that Dr. Hall surpassed my expectations. No haughty, superior "God-complex" in this man. He is genuine, sincere and even humble. He knows what he's doing and he knows how to relate what needs to be done, what has been done and what you can expect once it has been done. No surprises. I prayed about my new surgeon, Dr. Hall was the answer to that prayer. Having Shauna as a nurse was an added bonus. You'll feel very comfortable and relaxed with her as well.
I have a great deal of weight to lose and once I have accomplished my goal I am treating myself to some delicate facial work and possibly some abdomial liposuction. I will not be looking for a new doctor this time. Look for my comments on body contouring and facial rejuvination sometime in the spring of 2005. I feel confident that I will be saying more of the same.
