This patient contacted the Aesthetic Center of Gainesville with a desire to enhance the appearance of her breasts. She presented herself to Dr. Abell unhappy with the appearance and size of her breasts. She was an 'A' cup with the desire to be a 'full C-cup'. During breast augmentation surgery at the surgery center at the Aethetic Center of Gainesville, Dr. Abell inserted saline implants through the patient's armpit and filled the implants to 375 ccs. This patient obtained an excellent result and she is very happy with her new breasts.
